Refund Policy
Cancelling
Email [support@yourdomain.com] and we will cancel your membership and stop any future payments. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. You keep the book.
Payments already taken
Because the book is delivered immediately and the daily activities are provided as you go, payments already taken are generally not refunded. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, email us and we will put it right.
If you are in the EU or UK
Consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. That right applies here and is not affected by anything above. Email [support@yourdomain.com] within 14 days of your first payment to use it.
Before you dispute a charge
Email us first. We answer every message, and cancelling or sorting a problem directly is faster for you than a bank dispute.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
